Since we do not have 24 hours office would be helpful if you send us by e-mail your estimated arrival time to: checkins@feelgoodapartments.com At the apartments there is not a reception, so as soon as you arrive at Barcelona or Girona airport, you must call to the number 0034-628 244 374 in order to arrange your check-in time at the apartment with our concierge.
Important: the concierge's telephone is available from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 02:00 hours.
In case you have problems to contact the concierge you are able to call to the office: 0034 319-1661 or 0034 93 310-2000 from 10:00 to 18:00 hours.
Check-in starts every day as of 14:00 hours, and before that time it is not possible to arrange the meeting with our concierge.
Our concierges organize a check in each half an hour in all the apartments, according with the order of the phone calls received during the day: the first client who calls will be checked in into the apartment as first.
If you arrive earlier than 14:00 hours, you can come to our office in C/Pescatería, 1 in order to store your luggage until check in time. There will be an extra charge of 25€ on arrivals after 20:00 hours.
